Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your personal data will be permanently removed from our systems.
Your Right to Data Deletion
In accordance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and other data protection laws, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data at any time. We are committed to respecting your privacy rights.
What Data Will Be Deleted?
When you delete your account, the following information will be permanently removed:
- Personal information (name, email, phone number, profile picture)
- Authentication data (Firebase account)
- Exam scores and progress data
- Wrong answer history
- User preferences and settings
- Device login history
- All app activity and usage data
Note: Some anonymized data may be retained for legal compliance, fraud prevention, and analytics purposes. This data cannot be linked back to you.
How to Delete Your Account
Method 1: Through Mobile App
Step 1: Open Settings
Open the TrDrive (Ehliyet) app and navigate to your profile settings
Step 2: Account Settings
Scroll down to find 'Account Management' or 'Delete Account' option
Step 3: Confirm Deletion
Read the warning message and confirm your decision to permanently delete your account
Step 4: Verification
Complete authentication verification if prompted
Method 2: Contact Support
If you're unable to delete your account through the app, please contact our support team at support@poiralabs.com with your registered email address. We will process your request within 72 hours.
Data Deletion Timeline
Immediate (0-5 minutes)
Your account is deactivated and you can no longer log in. Firebase authentication data is removed.
Within 24 hours
All personal data is permanently deleted from our primary databases.
Within 30 days
Data is removed from backup systems and caches.
Within 90 days
All logs containing your personal information are purged from our systems.
Data We May Retain
For legal and business purposes, we may retain the following anonymized information:
- Aggregated usage statistics (without personal identifiers)
- Financial transaction records (required by law for 7 years)
- Fraud prevention data (IP addresses, device fingerprints)
- Legal dispute records (if applicable)
This retained data is anonymized and cannot be used to identify you personally.
Consequences of Account Deletion
- You will lose access to all premium features and subscriptions
- Your exam progress and scores will be permanently lost
- You cannot recover your account or data after deletion
- Active subscriptions will be cancelled (no refunds for partial periods)
- You can create a new account with the same email after deletion
